Xygnal Morph Services and Partnerships

We provide molecular modeling and design services using a combination of Information Theory, Digital Signal Processing, and classical molecular modeling techniques. There is an emphasis on transient and intermittent binding processes which are difficult to assay due to their binding fragility. Techniques for identifying Nucleic acid:Nucleic acid, Nucleic Acid:Protein, Nucleic acid:ligand, Protein:ligand binding locations are possible.

We plan to establish partnerships with universities and other organizations to attract funding for rapid development of algorithms and solutions using Quantum Computing (Quantum Annealing, Variational Quantum Eigensolvers, etc.) AI/ML solutions and others. Rapid development, utilization of cloud services, thoroughly tested solutions

Matlab and Simulink Modeling
